Running group

Hannah's creation with her dolls this evening. She told me they were running, in running group. That's my girl!

Mother's day, after a yummy brunch at Whole Foods. Had to have an excuse to put Hannah up in this cute dress that we've had since she was a newborn! We finished the day with a nice long hike and a visit to Nick and Anna and the kids. Not bad for a gray, drizzly day.

Mugging with Daddy.

Done.

Hannah's a big fan of drawing right now and is making good use of her sidewalk chalk and some amazing weather.

I can't figure out why blogspot turned this photo, but it's an "H". Seriously! We had done some together, then when I was off working in the yard, Hannah said "I made an H." And sure enough, she had! In other big girl news - and this is big for those of you who know me well - Hannah is out of her sleep sack. She now sleeps on top of her favorite sleep sack. This is a big deal for me, especially since I made two of them. She looks huge in her crib now. I sense a change of bed coming soon.

Firefighting cousins

Fun with Mama's boots.
Hannah and I met Aunt Anna and Cousin Juliet at the Denver Children's Museum last Friday and then shared a great lunch after. Both were birthday gifts from Claire and Anna - thanks!! I really wish I'd taken a photo of Hannah and Juliet sitting together at a booth at lunch, eating like young ladies (young ladies covered with syrup and drinking from sippy cups). But I did get some good ones of them playing on the firetruck at the museum. They have an actual fire truck in there!

Late on a no-nap day. She dove out of my arms after a car ride and went straight for Hank and passed out. I had to actually wake my child up to eat dinner!
